Once your order has left our warehouse, the courier will send an email and/or SMS with tracking details highlighting the expected delivery date. Please follow the steps below to track your item.

Contactless Delivery
 – You do not need to be at the property to accept the delivery. If they can’t find you at home, drivers will leave the items in a safe place. You can recommend one during checkout in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ field. Please note that the driver is unable to leave your items without signature if they deem it unsafe, so it’s up to their discretion.
If you are not in No problem, if you are not available at the time of delivery and there isn’t a safe space to leave your items, delivery will be attempted the next working day. If redelivery fails for two days in a row, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Can my order be delivered to different locations?

Yes, we can split your order and deliver items to different locations as long as the shipping cost is covered for the multiple deliveries. Please get in touch on info@wirefence.co.uk if you would prefer your order to be delivered in two or more parts.
